What blows me away is the resolution of these pics, it almost looks fake it's so detailed.

Had and lost an ftp link into some NASA GOES sat archives that had highest rez I've ever seen, insane
like 60mb 30000 x 30000 of hurricanes, crisp details.
I tried to make a movie once, but the ol PC isn't mean't to steam video 10x larger than current HD-DVD specs lol

Some of those shots almost induce vertigo. It would be so strange floating free up there and not falling to earth. Thanks for the links! I hit the NOAA/GOES archives for desktop pictures, I will have to add some NASA ones to the pile.
