I think I am being hosed on eBay

I listed my PRS on ebay 2 weeks or so ago. It ended below reserve, so I listed it again.

On the last day, a 0 feedback bidder won it, using the buy it now. (on a side note, why is it everytime I want something it's a ton of money, but when I need jing, and I have to sell, I can't get dick for it? My ebay rep is perfect after several thousands of transactions, that's another story though)

I sent an invoice on Friday morning.

I didn't hear anything back, so I emailed on Saturday.

I also called and left a message, just detailing that it's standard practice for me, on high dollar items to contact the buyer.

I sent another invoice.

No contact back...you think after someone buys a 1200$ guitar, they would want to contact the seller, oh I don't know, right away?

So, I check his feedback, he gets a new one. He had bought a guitar...AFTER he bought mine, and paid for it already. It was also one that he had the seller end it early... So he apparently has internet, and contact. I still have not gotten emailed, or called back.

At what point do I go...I'm getting hosed? Am I just being paranoid?

Ebay makes you wait a week before you can report an unpaid item...but they'll let you then, and refund your final value fees and listing fees..

The unpaid item fiasco takes WAY too much time. You have to wait 10 days (iirc) to file the claim. THEN you have to wait even more time for them to issue you a credit, and then you can finally relist it. If you relist it before they issue you the credit, I believe the dont give you the credit. I could be wrong, but thats what I got out of it when I last had that problem.

Ebay's help is about worthless. They make so much money, what does it matter what you think, you know?

They just made a shit ton of money off of me, I just listed like 80+ mtg auctions.
