I have a question here.
I am needing to create a new logo and some other things.
I know what I want but am unaware of how to make it happen on a PC.

The design I have is killer but I'm no artist so I cant do a quality free hand drawing.
Is there a PC program out there for the novice to create my logo and design into reality?

Eh, just download...er, buy... photoshop. It's pro level, but easy enough to learn. Takes some trial and error though.

I have Photoshop 6.00 full version.

I want to do a pro drawing of a snake wrapped arund a guitar.
any suggestions?

Besides hiring someone who knows what the hell they're doing... not really. My best advice would be to try to do some rough concept art, then approach people at deviant art or something.
