Sad and tragic, but it proves two very important facts: #1, if your children do not do as they are told WHEN they are told, you have a serious problem, and #2, people that do this sort of thing "for laughs" should be burned alive.

That is one sick family. IMO, they pushed her to kill herself, and are as guilty as if they had hung her themselves. I can understand why the press would not print the name of the family who did this to the young lady, but I think they should have printed the info anyway.

I hope they get their just desserts in life. It is sad that the family of Megan is divorcing over this. That family completely destroyed another family. All for some cheap thrills.

I dont believe it. The myspace watch dawgs would be all over this if it was. The news philosophy is if it bleeds it leads.

1) Not a prayer. i guarantee you that 99.999999% of the membership here didn't do what they were told WHEN they were told all the time - particularly when the instructions came over the phone.

2) Agreed. They deserve to die. Adults that torment children have no value for society and should be slaughtered in a public and merciless fashion.

Yeah, for some reason this doesn't feel real. Article seems more like a cautionary tale. I can't imagine they wouldn't name the adults, and this wouldn't be nationwide news. This is one of those news flavor of the month type articles.

I tried to find out if this was fake or not, but wasn't able to. Snopes doesn't have anything on it, and if you google it, a ton of blogs have picked up the story.

I don't know if anything could stop me from killing the sonsabitches if they did that to a child of mine (hypothetically, as my wife and I don't have kids).
