JCF's Worst Guitarists Thread

Most of us have been blown away by lots of talented JCFers over in the MP3 area, but how about hearing the other end?

Sometimes I see you guys say "Oh, I suck" or "I can't play,,," etc, but is that really true, or are you just being modest? (I've heard this from Stuka, Freehill, Toejam, etc).

Anybody wanna step up? Youtube, MP3s, soundclick? What would the "winner" win? Something from fett's floor?

If someone can tell me how to post an MP3 off of my Line 6 Tone Port, I'll do it. :ROTF: I gave up on even trying to record something with it a year ago. I just use it for playing guitar through the computer once in awhile. Maybe I should try reading the manual?!?

I found a blast from the past.
This is from 1991 or 92.
A buddy of mine needed someone to lay down some bass tracks for some material he wrote. Back then I played both guitar and bass.
It was some interesting shit, very Rush like. Pretty fun to play actually.

I never did hear the finished song, including the vocals, until a couple of weeks ago.

Here's the semi-finished (never made it to mastering) tune.

Thx. I've always been a better bass player than guitar player, but the guitar always attracted the chics.

I was referring to the rhythm guitar parts I played on the song. I thought they were terrible.

I feel liek everything I RECORD is crap. My bends sound odd (probably my setup) and I can't solo while record as I try to think too much and it doesn't feel natural. but yeah I linked my UG profile in the MP3 section and the stuff on it sucks. Of course I've been playing roughly a year and a half so I guess its not THAT bad
