    Just Got a Nin Wii

    Got up a 5:45am was in line at 6:10am at Gamestop.
    I live about 6-8 blocks from the Mall.
    I was approx. 25 - 30 deep back away from the door.
    They opened at 7:00am and came out handing out tickets that guarat you a Wii. Two people ahead of me for some reason gave up the tickets (didn't want a Wii I quess) or I wouldn't have got a ticket. Wow, what luck I had, too cool.

    Once inside they (Gamestop workers/management) wasn't prepared for the early morning sale. Anyways, its all for the wife, she wanted a Wii for Christmas and she'll have one.
    Peace, Love and Happieness and all that stuff...

    I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

    Yes, there's a bee in the pudding.

    Congrats !! I won a Wii system at a Church Festival. It's really cool and fun. You're all gonna like it !!

      Why do you have to que for it? are they still out of stock?

        They had to que up for it because today is "Black Friday" the busiest shopping day of the year here and everyone is doing insane price cuts etc.

            ive had the Wii since it came out...and although i dont play video games very much anymore...its still a great system, fun to play too

              UPDATE

              Hooked this thing up and wow, loads of fun, to much fun.
              The family is having a blast with this console.
              If anyone here hasn't played on this thing yet (just the game disc that came with it) you need to because its to much fun.

              I think I'm gonna pickup guitar hero 2 or 3 tomorrow.
              I heard it to was a blast, and over thanksgiving the wife played it over at my sister house and really liked it.

                Congrats! I love my Wii too. Wii Sports remains my most played game for the system, even though I have five others!

                  Well, as I mentioned earlier, I went out today and got a Guitar Hero 3 for our PS2. Wow, I wasted all day playing this game.
                  The wife has been gone to go get her mother.
                  I've had quality playing time and to say its addictive would be an understatement.
                  She'll be home soon so it'll be her turn next.
                  Its about time they come out with some decent games thats family and friends oriented. Its just too much fun playing the sports disc on Wii and guitar hero 3.
