It is now going to be going on 6 days to get my mom's phone like fixed. The phones right across the street work just fine. The lines inside the house are fine. The "Customer Non-Service" people at AT&T just do nothing more than say how sorry they are and 6 days is "NORMAL" to get a phone line fixed. Absolutely Worthless....
