    True Story:
    Just this past saturday my band played a Out of town gig about 3 hours away. We were coming back into town about 3:30 am sunday morning when "Bang your head" came on the radio. I was driving so I Turned the radio up and woke up everyone.......R.I.P Kevin

                Well we all owe something to Quiet Riot. They popularized metal during the early eighties and opened the door for all the LA metal bands.

                    RIP. Kevin! I spent many nights at the Starwood back in the day and Quiet Riot was the house band. It seemed like they played there every other week.

                      RIP. He had one of those voices for sure. I Saw them a few years ago and they were rreally good. They were always one of those bands that rocked live.

                                I saw QR in '83 as well. With Saga and Girlschool. Was my second concert. Loved it...
