I think all the well wishes, prayers and mojo-voodoo have worked. My dad had his anigogram today (it was supposed to be yesterday but they delayed it), and the damage wasn't as bad as we all thought.
They installed 2 stents, which excrete medication over the next like, 5 years to help prevent blockage. They also got at some areas they couldn't get to 17 years ago during his last procedure and they did an angiplasy there an scraped away some of the plaque.
The whole thing took about an hour and he's back in Obeservation resting. He gets to go home tomorrow. He's in good spirits and I am EXTREMELY relieved. This was a tough one and it could have been a hell of a lot worse, but the planets were aligned just right.
I just have to thank all of you again for being so cool and supportive. When a dude is down he can count on the JCF.
