I bruised some ribs and it hurt for months and months. They still get sore relatively easy today if something hits me and it's been 5 years =/

Go to the doctor, pott. I think Joelski might be on the right track re pleurisy. I had a friend in college who had a couple of bouts with it, & your symptoms sound similar. It's an inflammation of the lining of the lungs that can be caused by a variety of things.

Hmmm. If it hurts to breathe, then why don't you stop?

I really don't know what I am talking about and giving advise to boot. If your condition has lasted more than 7 days, go see the Doc. That's not advise.:ROTF:

Dr. fett, our resident Viking physician. He knows what ails the guitar gods.

I get that muscle problem from time to time too. The first time it happened I hit the doc immediately and got a complete workup. When it comes to chest pains, it is wise to get it checked out by a professional if you don't know what it is. It sounds like you have it in hand, but the internet is probably the last place to go for help about chest pains.

"Oh, so that is what it is! Well, I am gla...<croak>

It could be a chest vagina. I've heard those are very painful.... almost like a heart attack.
Mr. Patience.... ask for a free consultation.

I can only hope to go that way... in a downstroke.

Can the vagina can lead to angina? Inquiring minds want to know.

Did these pains start a few minutes after you "accidentally" breathed in whilst totally innocently walking past a table, where there may, or may not have been a strange white powder lined up, which must have somehow whooshed up that £20 note you had rolled up in your nostril?

You fucking students, you are all the same!

I diagnose too much Pot Noodle, too many days in the wankpit squinting at Razzle instead of going to college, and lack of sunlight. Get yer strides on, get yer arse out in the fresh air, and lay off the Charlie.
So I woke up,rolled over and who was lying next to me? Only Bonnie Langford!

                      I nearly broke her back
