I have a guy at work that I have to fire next week. Good guy, good worker but he just can't stay sober The bad part is that he has a newborn little girl. I feel bad about it but he has had plenty of chances to clean up.
Makes me feel better knowing that someone out there is man enough to do the right thing unlike this guy.
