I am not saying that everyone should do what I do. There is always the "Risk Factor" when buying meat. However, what I do puts only me at risk. And that is why I do what I do. I have been buying cheap meat for 30 years. I'm still here.:ROTF:

There were none of my butcher friends in the store so I just sighed knowing I could get it even cheaper. Well, I was in the parking lot and ran into one of the butchers. We talked.
