Best free FTP client for Windoze Vista?

As the thread title suggests, I am looking for a really good FTp client for Vista. Any recommendations?

For really simple things like downloading, that works fine,
But you cannot upload (securely) using that method nor can you perform things like file permission changes.

+1 for smartFTP.
I'm a fan of WS FTP Pro myself, but it ain't free.
