I think we have been reminded why there are 2 things to stay clear of with others to remain friends. The first is politics, and the second is religion. Right there is the 2 most destructive forces know to mankind (I think the 3rd is Wal Mart tied with off shoring, but that’s another story).

What happens when you don't like the guy you're debating with? Then politics, religion and Wal-Mart are fair game...

I would agree with this as well. I may have bashed a bit. If that's the case, I am sorry for that. I need to work on keeping things civil. It's one of my crosses to bear...

But I like Cyg. I like people that can get a reaction out of me. I appreciate people like that. It's challenging...

But I said in another thread, there is a difference between arguing and debating. I try (stress TRY) to keep it in the debate forum. I fail sometimes...

I admire your energy. I just don’t have it. Its like when Jehovah’s come knocking on the door. Endrik, I will trust your opinion by your experience. But I read the international papers online, sometimes. I try to stay educated enough to participate in the US system. About 70 percent of my media concerns local issues (Vote closest to your wallet).

But, not just any woman. That's where I should stop.
But, knowing me, I won't.

I'm not against a woman, or a black, or a martian. It's the qualities of the candidate that counts. And, Billary does not match my politics, and frankly, she seems scary unstable. I just can't get past her phoniness. But, as a consolation, McCain has proven his phoniness many times over in his leglislative actions. Hillary has only had a few chances to express her faults in actual votes.

That's the most frequent justification I hear.

I can't vote for Hillary in somewhat the same reason. I don't like her voting record. Be it Iraq or NAFTA or whatever, she goes one way and then wants to change her mind. So I think phony is a good way to put it...

But it really is the Iraq vote that burns me. I know I differ from some on that. It's cool. But hearing her say she didn't know Bush would go to war when she voted just burns my ass...

All the Dems that voted for it, for that matter. They all thought this deal would be over in 2 weeks to a month and they didn't want to be on the "losing side" meaning they didn't want to vote against it. I don't think they ever thought it would go this far. So like the sheep they are they fell right in line because they didn't want to look like pussies and they thought it would be like the first Gulf War. Fuck them...
