long has its pros and cons. the pro is the bums dont ask for money because they think you are one of them. which can be a con too because chick really are not into the homeless. but when they see you wheel up in the love van, i'm sure that would change their perseption.
Being fett, I get a haircut about once a year. My hair is getting pretty damn long. What's left of it. It's actually curling up on one side.:ROTF: Granted, I'm a bum. Here's the question: If you had your way, would you let your hair grow? I'm thinking about letting my Viking Blond-Like Hair get long.:ROTF: It's not the money. A haircut up here costs $7. And my dau-in-law will do it free. I'm bored. Damnit.
I have a high forehead I always keep it nice and short...

I had long-ish hair in high school. I cut it for the USMC(obviously) and for a few years after that when it grew any length it felt gross and unkempt. Now my hairline is on it's way back and I think if I tried to grow it I would look like Scott Ian before he got wise to the clippers.
I don't know.:ROTF: But if I had to guess it would be someone who wants to have long hair but; "Due to circumstances beyond my control, I have to keep my hair short." For me, long hair is not a "Statement". I'm just lazy.:ROTF:
