I think that no one saw nothin' is a good way to go for that neighborhood. The sad thing is you're right that there may be a lawsuit, and once I'd think that there's no way he'd win it...

In any event, if no one's willing to corroborate his story, it'll be pretty difficult to get anywhere on charges against any of the Monday Morning Executioners.
