My Blackberry crashed and locked up. Took it to two different Verizon stores and they both said it had to be replaced because they couldn't fix it. I was fuck that.. They didn't take the time to look at it, and being a tech geek I knew there had to be a easy way to fix this. I reloaded the software and it has worked ever since.

Now that you got me started on Verizon Tech support... Took my kids razr in and they couldn't fix it so my wife pays 50.00 to get a replacement. Get the replacement in and the damn thing wouldn't hold the charge. We argued with the "tech" and he is like the battery is old and it's needs to be replaced. I explained to him that the damn thing held a charge fine two days ago before we got the new phone. So we purchase another fucking battery and still didn't charge. Returned the phone and battery with an attitude towards the same tech who insisted it was the battery. He looks at the phone and goes hmmmm we need to get another phone out to you. Got another phone the next day and the damn LCD screen wouldn't work. Took it back and they said it's something we were doing. I informed them politely that I best get a phone that worked before I walked out. They all of sudden said we have one in back that we can give you. O.K. rants over.

Another Side note.. I had my Razr 2 years.. of course it was hacked / seemed to it's full potential and has been dropped numerous times. It has never failed me.. in fact it has worked on top of Mt. Katahdin in Maine :P
