I agree, that dude (??) looks fake.
I can't identify one realistic bit, including the hairstyle.
Wow! Looks like he fake and bakes, insta-tans, takes makeup lessons from carrot top and has a weird combination of vanilla ice, faux-hawk, and pee-wee herman's hairstyles.
