All this technology is Bullshit to me. But Toshiba is pulling the plug in a timely manner. And the stock goes up. It took Sony years and years before they finally figured out that the Beta format just didn't win over the consumer.I am a true ass set to this board.

Just because those formats failed doesn't make them bad. Beta kicked ass. Sony was just stupid about the technology...
This doesn't surprise me at all. I think I read about Toshiba giving this up over the weekend. Judging by the ammount of movies on Blu-Ray vs. Hi Def showed me more thought Blu-Ray was the way to go. They can hold like an insane amount of info on a disc...I'm angry because you're stupid
