    no other rock singer has more soul than him IMO
    and all his recent albums have been fantastic

    can't wait for his new one wich is coming out in May
    and also the new Hughes/Trall album

          he and Gary Moore sound very similar.

          I always thought it was funny that when Deep Purple replaced Ian Gillan with a new singer, the new singer only sang half the time and the new bassist sang the other half.

            yeah, sometimes he and Gary sound similar (Gary doesn't have that kind of pipes tho)
            but mostly Glenn has a lot more in common with 60's soul singers than rock singers

            the cool thing about Glenn is that his voice doesn't sound dated at all, he has done a lot of modern stuff and it's incredible

            btw. I think Chris Cornell has listened to a lot of Glenn's records
