I've used them for 3 years so far. I finally had to file a claim. I must say, WOW! Excellent and fast service, EASY claims process (one phone call), and 3 days (business days the damn weekend got in the way), my claim was approved and the check is on it's way. I have already replaced the item, I told them that and gave them the price I paid for the replacement, they said they couldn't find that offer anywhere, so they paid me 20 bucks MORE, cause it was the best price they could find.
Anyhow, if you were wondering, they are great to work with.
