That's what I said about "Arrested Development". Yet, they were crazy enough to cancel it. At least there's a movie in the works. Not to defend Fox, but at one point they cancelled "Family Guy", only to realize their mistake when they released the series on DVD.

I also said that NBC was crazy to cancel "The Black Donnelley's" and HBO was even crazier to not pick it up after "The Sopranos" ended.

What do I know, I've only been watching TV for like, my whole life.

I'm still bummed that they pulled the plug in the Bionic Woman. That show was killer. Kinda reminded me of Le Femme Nikita. Now that was a great show.
NBC still has it listed on their web site, but no new shows have been scheduled.
As for this show... I've only seen the pilot... wasn't that impressed.

The writers strike fucked a lot of shows.

I didn't watch this show. Maybe if the Terminator was more butch. But I have a problem with a 16 year old cheerleader being a Terminator. That's part of the problem I had with the 3rd movie. But a couple of my buddies love the show so I hope they don't cancel it.

But you guys are right. Fox has a horrible track record for knowing what their viewers like to watch. My biggest bitch with them is how they are handling King Of The Hill. I'm a HUGE KOTH fan. Fox would love nothing more than to cancel that show. They put it on hiatus last year and tried to fill it with some other crappy sitcom and that failed so they brought it back. No promotions for the show at all. They treat it as filler. And they still have not released a season on DVD since they released season 6 2 or so years ago. I guess it didn't sell enough to keep putting them out. Maybe I'm the only one that likes that show.

What Tekky said. Fox could give a shit about a petition. They go by the numbers and that's it, and they are probably the quickest network to pull the plug when the numbers say so. I think they gave Arrested Development a little bit of extra time because it kept winning awards, but that was an exception.
