My neighborhood butchers

We all kmow that I am all over cheap meat. But I have done them wrong. They are not "Butchers". They are "Meat Preparation Persons" or some Bullparts like that. WTF? A "Butcher" has to actually crave up a carcass. These people just get packs of meat. They do use a band saw. Butt roast, these guys and gals are butchers to me.
