I'm still not sure who my favourite singer is though. I can't decide between Daniel and Roy Khan of Kamelot. Roy just has this neat technique that I really like.

The Heed song "Ashes" reminds me of Kamelot. It's like the best of both world's, Kamelot's neat riffs and stuff with Daniel's awesome vocals.

I'm not so sure about this Russia thing. I don't know why but some of the news stories I read seem to side with Georgia. Plus I keep seeing headlines that Russia is pulling out of Georgia but I'm just not sure what the real story is. I guess I should look at it a bit more thoroughly.

Daniel and Khan both have their distinct styles and voice. I've been a fan of Khan's since his days in Conception..which I love!!!

Awesome, silky smooth tone and dynamics..you recognize him instantly. Daniel has a wider range and soaring highs...he's not just a screamer

My overall fave for the last 12 years is Jorn Lande..I'm gay for that dude. I'm gay for Jorn Lande! To me he's the best parts of Coverdale/Dio. I even love his ballads...and I don't care for most ballads...He's consistant, versatile and flawless IMO!!!

I think he could front just about anything..from Whitesnake to Van Halen..to AC/DC to Journey to Dimmu Borgir..he can snarl and growl when he wants to!

Oh..and there's only ONE Warrel Dane..and a bunch of wannabes.. He cultivated a style all his own..that is rooted in Tate.

Oh, I like Jorn too. I've heard a bit of Masterplan and I like that stuff quite a bit. He's got this unique gruffness to his voice that is impossible to copy yet he can also sing like Roy.

I completely agree on Roy. His voice is one of my favourites, especially on songs like Karma, Soul Society and Nights of Arabia.
I'm not sure if I like his live or studio voice better. His studio voice is amazing but he adds a bit of stuff to his live singing that just makes the songs that much better.

I just read that Russia is fuggin' pissed because Rice just signed a deal with Poland to place our missile defense base just 115 miles from Russia ..that prompted a warning from Moscow of a possible military response. All ties are frozen between NATO and Russia.

This sounds very bad..which is good for McCain. That's a no brainer..he da warprez.

I'm sitting November out because I think they both suck. I'm going to stay home and watch Obama lose on TV..while I scratch my balls, eat pizza, and say.."I knew it"..

Wow..you know what I think. I think Obama took the fall...like a boxer. "Air in the tires"...Vacation in Hawaii.. during all this crap. He seemed like he gave up..I can tell. I am really digging the Heed song "Hypnosis". I wanted to order that CD but the shop that deals in less common CD's(and drug paraphernalia, last time I was in that shop there was a ton) isn't opened.

The thing with Obama is some of his ideas are borderline socialist and scare me. He also doesn't really have a clue about about political manners or international relations as he has not done crap. The worst part of him though is he declined to see our wounded troops in Germany as they did allow cameras inside. So instead he had his picture taken with a bunch of Germans.

McCain on the other hand is a moderate liberal wearing a republican name tag. He's not quite Busch II, but I can't see him doing much. If the US comes to blows with Russia though, he would be my man, and he could use that to his advantage.

Of course, I don't think either of them will get us further. McCain has to cling to Russian relations falling apart. that is his trump card. Otherwise, he isn't going to do much for anyone. Obviously, we should all go vote for Ron Paul!

Also, the whole Russia/Poland thing has me torn. by Blood, I'm mainly Poland and Russian, with ancestry that goes back to some Russian czar, and indirectly to Alexander the Great Hey,I could make that into a band...

EDIT: Btw Bill, I've been looking for some new metal. Needs to be fairly listening... none of this cookie monster crap. Think like early Megadeth, Metallica... got any suggestions? You are the Metal God here after all
