Went to the Flyers game last night, One of the best I've been to, and in terms of crowd noise, it may top Game 6 of the Conference Finals against Tampa a year back. Dad and I did the Philly Double Header (saw the Phillies Crush the Astros 10-2), and then after waiting nearly 3 hours, got the last tickets from the box office, and made it in with 18 to go in the first. Not even the scalpers had tickets. Flyers proved some very important points; they can play like crap and stay in a game, and that having been said, the Caps can give it their all and still be beat. Ovechkin looked tired. Refs were par for penalty calls, but blew everything else.

Carey Price meltdown in game 5...choked again in game 6. Game 7 in front a Montreal crowd is a lot of pressure for a rookie netminder

Flyers choked yesterday. Played a crap game but made too many mistakes. It was like Game 4, but to the point it seriously hurt their ability to keep in the game. The fact the refs were smoking crack didn't help either.

Detroit survives the first round. I'm surprised they got that win in Nashville. Osgood looks pretty hot right now.

I expect the Flyers to end the series tonight with a whipping of the Crapitals.

Really surprised that the Devils went down so easily. In the end it doesn't matter though, since the Rangers will lose to the Flyers next round. The Pens/Habs series will be fantastic, unless by some long shot the Bruins win, in which case the Pens will have another sweep. Pens/Habs will go seven games, and by then the Pens will be too tired to beat the Flyers in the Conference finals. This all leads up to a rematch of 97 with the Wings and Flyers in the finals. Now that would be fun to watch.

Forgive me if I'm overly behind the Flyers. I'm wearing orange-tinted glasses

I also think the Flyers will win tonight.

I'm not shocked the Devils went down though. Kind of like the Flyers 2 years, I think they've reached an end of an era. I would not count Boston out until it's over. I would love to watch that game, but the Flyers take priority. I do agree though if it's against Boston, it will be Penguins 4-0. If it's against the Habs it will go 6 or 7 games, with the Penguins winning. Wings/Flyers cup finals would be Killer, but I won't count my chickens until they hatch

The Pens and Habs are the top two seeds...the only way they can meet is in the finals. Pens will have the Rangers unless Boston wins tonight (as long as Philly wins their series, otherwise the Pens would have the Caps). If Montreal wins, they have the lowest seed moving on, which is most likely Philly or possibly NY.

                            Typical Flyers fan...totally clueless

Well, I think that is the first time I've ever seen a team choke on the victory champagne.
