You have to prove that the girls were held against their will. So far, none have said that. Statutory rape maybe, but we'll have to wait on that one. Incest? Have no proof of that either. Slavery? Per Ohio Revised Code. ANY sexual conduct/contact of a victim 13 or younger is "Rape" . With or without consent. I believe this applies to age 14.

There is a 4 year window for suspects that have sexual contact/conduct with a minor ages 15-17. Depending on circumstantual elements.

This basically means is a 21 year old having consensual sex with a minor 4 years younger may be charged with Corruption of a Minor. Without consent would be "Rape"..the word "statutory" is not used during the intial arrest/crime or prosecuition in my state..

I tend to think that there was some bad stuff happening at that place. Unfortunately CPS didnt dot their i's and cross their t's. This will probably put any criminal actions into severe jeodpardy.

CPS based there attack solely on a prank call from a nut job black woman. The judge said the state didnt offer any evidence of abuse.

"Of the 31 originally believed to be underage mothers, 15 have been reclassified as adults - one was 27 years old - and the state conceded a 14-year-old girl had no children and was not pregnant, as officials previously asserted."

The state was lying. Typical CPS crap. They didnt really investigate and came in blazing with tanks and machine guns.
