  • Fucked at the pump!

Well, I just got back from puting gas in my wife's car and all I can say is Fuck OPEC. I just got bent over at the Chevron station. $4.07 a gallon. I thought $4.00 a gallon gas was at least a couple of months away!

Stop whining, in Belgium we pay $7.2 a gallon (for diesel), in Germany over $8.
    Gasoline is even more expensive.

True, but they are probably used to it, even though it's cheaper here, when it jumps over 1 dollar a gallon in an instant, that's a harsh hit.

Saw $3.299 for regular on the way to work this morning. My truck gets 11 mpg. I didn't see the price for super, which is what I have to put in the GTO I'll be riding the Harley a LOT this summer. Bush is such a douche.
I'm not afraid to bleed, but I won't do it for you.

I think its crazy how much the prices differ between states. In Delaware its $3.19 a gallon for 87, in jersey it was $3.07.

OPEC markup, Oil Company markup, Fed tax, state tax, gas station markup. That has to account for at least 75% of the cost of a gallon of gas/diesel right there. Total bullshit.

From what I understand the only standard for gas is the octane rating. Additives, emissions rules, blending, taxes all differ state to state. That's the reason prices are all over the place.

HAHAHAHA try living in the UK you fucking whingy ponces.

                              1 US gallon = 3.79 Litres
At the moment the price of petrol at the local station is £1.07 ($2.11) per litre so the more educated amongst you will have figured out that's $8 for the equivalent of an US gallon here. You think you have it bad...
