$3.74 give or take for regular here. Premium is hiding just under $4. You're watching the biggest scam in this country's history unfold before your eyes folks. One station here went from $3.40 to $3.64 over the course of an hour the other week. They need to limit how much they are allowed to add to the price in one day imo. Diesel is a rip off too. People wonder why American's don't use 'em (that and we like our cars to start when it's cold outside )

1 US gallon = 3.79 Litres
At the moment the price of petrol at the local station is £1.07 ($2.11) per litre so the more educated amongst you will have figured out that's $8 for the equivalent of an US gallon here. You think you have it bad...
I'm as drunk as lord, I hope my calculations are correct!
not a fair comparison because of the difference between the US dollar and British pound, economy, etc.
for canada though, that would mean we pay $4.7/gallon here right now in Toronto, so STFU because I just had to do a camping trip up north and the 8 hour round trip wasn't exactly cheap

The problem I'm having is that people can't afford to drive to therapy. They choose to suffer rather than pay high gas prices and frankly, I can't blame them one bit. As for my employees, every single one of them drives over 60 miles round trip each day. At $4.04 per gallon, it's fucking brutal on their budgets."POOP"

Man, I'm so glad I bit the bullet and decided to get a new car 6 weeks.
I was driving a '99 Ford Expedition with almost 100K miles and after the last trip to garage for an oil change, I was told that I was going to need some serious ($$$) work done to it within the next few months. I trust the place I bring it to so I knew he wasn't BSing me. My Expedition was getting about 7 MPG driving back and forth to work. My daily commute is short (about 5 miles each way) so it's not the best trip for fuel economy. I replaced the Expedition with a '08 Toyota RAV4 which is getting about 14-15 MPG on my daily commute and I still have to break it in.
I still fill up every 2 weeks (half tank) but it costs me a lot less fill up the RAV4 (15.9 gallon tank) compared to the Expedition (28 gallon tank). As part of our personal budget, I've been tracking how much I spend on gas and I'm spending about half as much as I used.

But I get 4 weeks vacation and 2 weeks personal business that I can't cash in, roll over or use.

Axewielder, my dad's company did that about 5 years before going back to 5/8s. The maintenance guys like him loved it I forget what their bogus reasoning was. They thought they could get more done I think was the excuse. 40 hours is 40 hours. Sadly, stupid big wigs who have dollar signs in there heads don't see that.

Good idea. I already carpool with one of the therapist. Unfortunately, the other employees live way East and West of me. However, I think I'm going to have my office manager call some of the other clinics in the area and see if their employees live near me or at least on route to the office. Maybe we can off set some of this madness."POOP"

Over a 10 dollar per barrel jump today. Record high, record jump.
I love how some say the media is just pushing this fake recession. Yep, media hype drove up the price of oil today. Better get a clue.
Bend over fellas, we are all going to take it in the next few days.
I'm angry because you're stupid
