Got my PRS and Kramer logos in today and they are of great quality just as the Charvel one I bought some time ago.
They are great people to deal with and keep in touch every step of the way.
Their prices are more than fair for a high quality product.

I emailed them a few times after they had stopped officially carrying Charvel logos on their site, and asked if these were still available, but I did not get any replies. What is the best way of communicating with them?

Go to their website and email from there.I had a reply in about 10 min.They do paypal so its quick and easy.
