if I never hear the doors again it will be too soon. I cant put into words how much I detest their music.

Other than that, it sounds like a great day.

Sounds good to me. I love The Doors.

I had a related but different experience this week. It was a rain storm (which was a treat for us in northern Wisconsin, since all precipitation has been snow for months) and I was cranking "Riders On the Storm" while browsing the web. It was dark, gloomy and cool.

As of this moment, on the deck.
Listening to Kim Kommando (I'm a talk radio nerd),
Smoking a Quorum, and sipping Yuenglings.
Swimming with the tone that I built back into my old amp,
celebrating that I didn't screw it up. (I rebuilt a 67 Deluxe Reverb. Think...
Rocky Mountain Way. It flat out sings).
And goofing off on a laptop I inherited from my son.
He did so good, he got a new one, and I got the old one.

Bad weather here today, but I'm having a Pete's Wicked Ale & listening to the new Testament album again. In case you guys missed the update to that thread, the whole album is up & streaming here, and it kills:

                      I'm with you, my friend.

Bring in a woman, if that who's you are referring to, and it just complicates matters. They never, ever, shut up and so much for nothing in your mind. Here comes things to do, trip to the f%&#@%ng mall, etc.

Beer, a view, nice day and good music, sounds perfect to me.

                          +1

I loves me some sex, but moments of pure relaxation with absolutely nothing on my mind are a rare & precious thing at this point in my life. A friend of mine has been getting into meditation, and I'm seriously thinking about it myself.
