I have 2 16 year old ands a 20 year old. Had it been one of mine you saw in that situation, you'd better believe they would get really used to having an "asshole" over for dinner every Sunday til the kid got over it....BUT... I did tell them all that the first poor bastard to pull in the driveway and honk was in for an education that the whole school district would learn through osmosis...This has worked so far....
Bon Jovi is like a frozen Coca Cola.. It's cool, it's crunchy, but when all is said and done it is still pop....

I didn't catch that. High School Football in April? It goes that long in SC?

Here it ends in November too.

Soccer. Sorry, force of habit. I dated a welsh girl for about three years.

You did the right thing, especially since her father thanked you for doing it. Sometimes you have to put up with your nieces and nephews being pissed at you to do what's right, but down the line they will understand.

No excuse. Football is football, soccer is soccer. Fuck what those "europeans" will tell you.

              Kidding, of course.

And I guess I'm in the minority because I think what they were doing is not that bad. Sure it's a bit disrespectful to those around but to her it wasn't.

So I'm not jumping on the "you did good" bandwagon.

How about if some fuck led you out by the back of the shirt in front of your whole school? Or maybe he got your girls big brother out of the stands and let him take out out to the parking lot and kick your teeth down your throat? Those were all really very plausible alternatives.

The main reason i told the guy to stay away from her (besides the fact that he looked 17-18ish and she is 14 years old) is that, were her brother the one that saw them, I can assure you the guy would have gone to the hospital. Hes had his brushes with the law over his temper before and I'd really rather he not have to spend his youth in a juvenile institution.

I'm sure the boy in this case didn't like it either, but he decided he'd like to keep his hand and HIS ass! So he went home to cry like a baby! :ROTF:

A boy's got to know his limitations.... he didn't want Jamie burying him on the south forty! EDIT: or the girl's brother doing it!

You did the right thing although I would have told the brother and let the jackass take a beatin for touching her. 14 is too young for that kind of stuff.

Yeah, I'm thinking the same way (telling her brother). I might have punched him in the back of the head and said something like, "Sorry dude, I slipped"

I have three daughters myself, 12, 10, and 9, and I've told them all the same thing about boys. And that's ignore what they tell you when you're judging whether they're "good guys" or not, because guys will say anything. You only judge their character by their actions, not their words. So to me, if some guy says like likes a girl or respects her or whatever and would still stand in a concession stand line with his hand on her ass, where anyone and everyone can watch her being groped, he's a liar. He's looking to bend her over something and go on to the next target when he's bored. Girls need to be told this, because by the time they figure it out for themselves they could have an STD, or a child.

Girls at that age think they know it all and any adult is stupid and soooo not cool.
Give her a few years and she will realize you did the right thing.
                              Girls love to be protected.
I have two daughters that I pretty much raised myself their mother walked out on them at a very young age.I was tough on them and watched them like a hawk and they told me later the did appreciate me being that way and keeping an eye on who they hung out with.
                              Really? well screw Mark Twain.

I would've grabbed her , pulled her aside and explained to her, that what he's doing in public
is not a good reflection on her , so maybe she would "get it" a little bit.
MY daughter is only 6 right now and I am not looking forward to her teen years at all.
