She was facing up to 50 years in prison, would have only got 5 or so though. Already convicted awaiting sentencing. Plus a suicide note was found. Seems legit to me.

Actually for a long time hanging and shooting themselves were actually the least likely form of suicide of woman. I think the highest was sleeping pills / overdose. It's been a while since I studied any of that. I could probably find stats if you want. But you're right the statement that they don't do it is incorrect.Originally posted by Bengal View Post

1) Wasn't she going to be sentenced the last week in July? If so, why commit suicide so far in advance and fuck up a 4th of July celebration?
2) Not only did she tell close friends of her intentions of not going back to prison, it was pretty common knowledge to the general public. Seems I remember a related comment on FOX News awhile back. So, if you make comments like "there is no way I'm going back to prison, I'll commit suicide first," that lays perfect groundwork for someone to wack her, especially if your name may show up in a little black book.
