As I've said before, they just remind me of sad skinny pandas.

But I am up on German WWII history, Panzer is a tank, not a grenade. Not sure what they called their grenades, we called them Potato Mashers.Last edited by Bengal; 05-16-2008, 04:59 PM.I'm angry because you're stupid

The Panzerfaust was a propelled grenade anti-tank weapon, grandfather to the RPG.
Much more metal than a potato masher.

Sigh.
Thanks for the info. I didn't even know about the Tank Fist. It is much more metal though, and I was partly right. Panzer does mean "tank".
OK, I'm done talking out my ass now.
I think.I'm angry because you're stupid

The only Dimmu Borgir album I still listen to is Stormblast, and not the re-recorded one. I did not want to listen to the new edition too, I know it must suck compared to the original which have a great mood. They lost that magic long time ago.

I think it's the whole Freedom of Religion thing here. We were never conquered nor had a religion forced on us. Say what you want about Christians etc in the US, but no one has ever forced anything on anyone here. Over there, there's a lot of people who are still some what bitter over sh*t that happen 400 years ago.
Plus we already had insane clown posse, why do we need anyone more painted up clowns?
(sorry that was very uncalled for and I actually dig the evil make up.)
PS this wasn't an opening for a religion discussion. I'm just saying there is still a lot of resentmentLast edited by eakinj; 05-16-2008, 06:22 PM.In the future though I need to remember to not buy guitars while on Nyquil

eakinj,
I see what you are saying. I also think that whole "Melodic Metal" genre is big there too. Bands like Lacuna Coil do well in Europe but not so much here in the states. Europeans love that opratic type music. It must be in there blood.
I don't mind the corpse paint but if your going to do that and wear a shirt without sleeves, put the white paint on your arms too. Looks funny if you don't.
I'm somewhat indifferent to bands like this. I'm sure they rock, but I've never bought an album and wouldn't know which one to buy. The last Black Metal band I dug was Celtic Frost.
Celtic Frost is Black Metal, isn't it?I'm angry because you're stupid
