I always have this conversation with my wife.. At what point do we become hypocrites? We did the same thing when we were younger. It kept us out of trouble.. I know it's an annoyance but the people who bitch about it are the same people who would bitch if one of these kids vandalized their homes because they took all the outlets for kids away. I remember one day when I lived in Wichita and these kids were riding their dirt bikes up and down the streets about noon. Our next door neighbors called the cops on them because they didn't want them riding up and down the streets because it was annoying. These kids weren't hurting anybody.. they were just enjoying themselves. But some asshole ruined it for them.
