Stuka - thanks for sharing the pics. I like the striping on all of those Mustangs, from the rally-ish stripes on yours to the Boss kits on others. Your shaker hood is very cool, too.

I've got my car entered in an MCA (Mustang Club of America) that my local Mustang club is hosting next month. My car has zero mods so I doubt I'll win anything but I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of cool Stangs.

Thanks again for posting your pics.

              I can hear the conversations.

"Hey nice orange stang ya got there"

              "hey thanks, you too"

Stuka, so how what are your impressions of the GT so far? I have a 93 LX that's not very passenger friendly and have been kicking aroung getting a new GT. I really like the way they look, and with some of the aftermarket body scoops and stuff they look killer if done right.

                      Wow.
I can't believe I'm saying this, but in a car park full of Orange Mustangs, the most interesting vehicle there was the orange Ranger... But all those 'stangs in one place is an impressive sight to see.

I like that fastback model they've got on the new Mustang.

Well, I can't say there is a ton of room in the back seat, especially if the people in front are really tall and have to keep their seats rearward. That said, my girl rode in the back seat while her friend who is kinda tall rode in the front and my girl said she was fine back there. She is only like 5'4" though. Tall people would be out of luck in the back of a new Mustang.

As gar as the car goes, I loved it from the get go. It has plenty of power for me. I really like the way it feels ever since I installed the Hurst short throw shifter for the 5 speed. That shifter is night and day in looks and feel compared to the stock piece.

Yeah, the stock shifters usually suck.

At least you guys have back seats. People can't even fit in the two seats I have. You'd be lucky to squeeze a bucket O' chicken in the trunk.
