I agree totally. Never in my wildest dreams did I think DragonForce would get a reaction like this. And Endriks satire is quite good.

I don't know about all that. Endrik is a good dude. Full of good information and funny stories.

GOR is usually pretty cool. Has good things to say and is very intellegent. I wouldn't get into a religious debate with him, that's for sure. But this whole "cyberrambos" stuff is somewhat odd and a bit out of place. Maybe I just bring out the best in him.

I don't know what they sing about but the overall feeling I get from their music is overbearing joy. It's like going to a Christian festival where they all go fucking mental with love for Jesus and start collapsing.
That's what happens to me when I listen to Dragonforce. I feel like collapsing at the sheer joy being forced into my tiny brain.

I know you are being sarcastic, but I seriously get a positive upbeat feeling from dragonforce, and I seriously enjoy the CD I have (Inhuman Rampage) a lot. I don't know the other bands mentioned, the "newest" CDs I have besides Dragonforce (And the GO Team haha) is Slayer, Metallica, Pantera etc. I grew up listening to Deep Purple, Rainbow Maiden, DIO etc.

Also, I feel the solos, at least on the CD fit in great with the songs, and are very musical and dramatic, I love the speed combined with the upbeat melodys. I still like thrash and the older metal I mentioned, but Dragonforce are awesome and refreshing!
