I think the center section would have a little extra flooring in front of the stairs/elevator door, that would then seemlessly connect to the apartment's floor. Like revolving restaurants

Otherwise you'd only be able to get in and out on a specific time.


That fact that it's 100% self-sufficient in energy and even creates some surplus amazes me just as much.

Yep. Dubai is aware of when their oil resources will run out which I believe will be with in the next 20 years. They are doing this as well as they built the world's largest swimming pool (with beach front view), man made islands with each condo having its own beach and all kinds of other crazy stuff to keep the money coming in once the oil runs out. They can also boast the first golf course desgined by Tiger Woods.

Asians have smaller dicks, arabs have bigger dicks. It may even be a false stereotype but I thought it was how it was known among people. So, all in all, they're just making investments to increase their tourism profits, which sounds very reasonable.
