Its not today, people like that have been around as long as there has been people. When growing up I had I friend with a pet rabbit that he would throw as high in the air as he could. Pretty much. Now there is a market for it. I got 5 seconds into that video. It is very hard to watch something like that and not feel just a little bit physically sick.
