Thanks again to everyone. I still keep expecting to see his truck pull up in front of my house. It's looking very much like it was intentional at this point. There were no skid marks, or anything to indicate that it was an accident. They found the computer from his truck, and apparently he was doing 195kph when he hit.Comment

I'm not familiar with the backstory here. But you had said he was in jail. Could it be guilt from that? Was he dealing with alcohol or drug issues?

There is indeed more to the story, but I don't feel like getting into it yet. I spoke to him after the jail thing, and it seemed like everything was going to work out okay.
I'm not one to carry around unwarranted guilt, but I did give him shit pretty bad about ruining the show. I know that wouldn't make him do this, but I can't help but feel that it was a contributing factor.
