okay so my 8 year old son has started playing Starcraft. (limited, since i'm a bitch of a mom and won't let my kids play video games all damn day... now Scrabble though... )
anyway. so i walk by my boy and ask him, "so, how's your world coming along?"
and he says, "world? we don't have worlds, Mom! it's a base."
and i say, "oh. well, a thousand apologies that your big dumb mom opened her big dumb mouth."
and he replies (very sweetly), "oh it's not your fault. you don't play so you just don't know what you're talking about!"
