Jack will always be the Joker ....he was just loaning the role to ledger......

Jack told him to be careful, anyhow DID not live up to the hype for me, I preferred Mr. Keaton, and think Tim Burtons world was far darker.

    just me.

good flick, but I'll go see Wall-E again a few more times before I see this again.

Jack's Joker was a completely different character than Heath's, IMO. Heath definitely captured that completely crazed, not caring about anything feel. Creepiest on-screen performance I've ever seen, including Jack in the Shining.

I can't wait to see it!

The only thing this thing won't blow away is the soundtracks. The original (89's) Batman main theme is still my favorite movie theme of all time. Incredibly powerful.

I don't know about the rest of the world, but with the new movie premiering this weekend, every other Batman movie was shown repeatedly on the major television networks. Drove me batty!

Actually for verbal assult. In England apparently it's against the law to yell at someone. There was apparently nothing at all physical that happen.

From a nation that goes on about their sports with out padding, you can be arrested for yelling at hurting someones feelings. i'm kind of confused by that.

                            oh and BATMAN ROCKS

In the future though I need to remember to not buy guitars while on Nyquil

                              movie was good.

jack was jack in make up. he never is anything but jack with a little twist.

ledger was great. a completely different guy from the guy in The Patriot.

Understandable. Personally, I think Ledger completely blew away Jack in the batshit crazy/psycotic camp. But, also Jack's jack was a much more pristine, colorful caracter based Jack's natural acting style. Ledger was just plain fucking psycotic to the nth degree which was so unlike anything he has ever done. Personally, I think that is why he stands out so much in this flick. It's the first time he really stood out infront of the camera, said fuck it, and went fucking balls out ballistic on it. For all the people saying that this praise is based on the hype of his death, I felt that way too until I saw the flick. He deserves the praise he will get.
