Sure, its easy to say "Id help" but talk is cheap. I wouldnt have been able to live with myself knowing that there was something that I could have possibly done. What if that was your son or daughter getting cut up? Would you have wanted someone to help them? I know DAMN WELL that I would if it were mine. .

You are saying someone, Bengal for example, had he been in the vicinity, should have put his own life on the line to help someone who was to all intents and purposes already dead? So he should leave his own family without a father/husband for the same end result, i.e. that kid still dies only now Bengal does too just so he could feel better about "helping"?

In NY a gym teacher had noticed the needle marks on the student's arms and has been acting erratically in recent weeks. The teacher reported this to the principal, who in turn notified the student's parents.
It has turned out that the student was a diabetic. The needle marks were from his insulin injections and the erratic behavior was the result in a recent change in his insulin dosage.
The student and his parents sued the teacher and the school for defamation of character.

It is sad when laws have to be passed aimed to alleviate worries by “Good Samaritans” that they could be sued for helping someone who is seriously injured.

Ahhh late to the party. I'm retired because 220+ passengers on a plane watched in horror as a intoxicated male proceeded to severely beat the flight crew..including two females and one co-pilot. NOBODY did anything to stop his actions..except for the co-pilot. Therefore that flight was diverted to Cleveland where I met with that asshole. Nobody help me as I headbutted the asshole about thirty times ..just trying to keep the asshole down. That's how I injured my neck..Everyone cheered when I beat and arrested that asshole. That's it..they cheered...while remaining seated.

I don't have ANY faith in people..they're pussies when push comes to shove. I respect anyone making an effort to do the right thing..but people MUST know their potential and limitations.

Having kids has changed me... it has made me more cautious, makes me think about alot more... about making sure that Im around to see them grow up. BUT, it also made me realize that almost everyone on this earth, at one point in their life, was someones baby... they were looked at with the same tears of joy and loved the same way I look at my kids when they were born and every day after that. I would do everything in my power to make sure that didnt happen to someone elses innocent baby... young or old.

Oh and whats up with all the "gay" refrences? Isnt that supposed to be frowned apon here? Isnt that a banable offense? Whats up admins, gonna enforce the rules or are certain people exempt? I dont see any reason "gay" had to be brought into this thread.
