So the Great White Buffalo rolled into Columbus Ohio tonight. I was able to score a special detail working front right stage guarding a door that was chained shut!

Just thought I would put the word out that Nugent can still rock even if he is fucking nuts!

Now if I can only get my hearing back from his Stanglehold solo I swear he cranked to 11! Of coarse being 15 feet from his stackssssssss of 5150's didn't help. At one point I thought I was actually going to crap my pants.

Ted CAN put on a great show if he wants to. Several things need to happen tho.

1) He needs to shut up (no political or gun control rants)

2) Have a second guitarist on stage to help share the duties

3) Tell his bassist/soundman to turn down the volume (usually too loud to compensate not having two guitarists)

There is a time and a place for everything.

A rock concert is NOT a place to hear political retoric.

Same goes for those on the left too. Bono and Sheryl Crow and those types.

People go to a concert to escape all that political bullshit and have a good time.

Ted should just give up the guitar playing and run for office. Governor of Michigan maybe?

He's guitar playing and album output has been pretty stale since the begining of hair metal so he's due a change.

At one point I thought he was going to issue everyone their very own M16!

I learned two things last night,
1- He hates everyone that doesn't kill shit or eat deer meat.
2- 12 5150 full stacks is over kill for a small 10000 people venue.

I deal with so many people everyday that I have gained the ability to ignore what I don't want to hear and not let it ruin my day. So it was a great concert with a few moments of blah blah blah.....

IMO! Anyone on stage with a guitar should just shut the fuck up and crank it!

Third thing I learned last night,
Row 200 about half way down in the expo center building at the Ohio State Fair is the gateway to heaven! All you have to do per the sign on the table is open the three wooden doors on the display!
