Well if I heard correctly, he'll be going to Stateville for processing for the next 2 to 4 weeks - physical and psychological evaluations. Then he will be transfered to a special prison that holds or has a section for police officers and public figures that went bad. I don't know for sure where that is though.

His incarceration from the get-go was away from general population. Bubba dreamed of it, but unfortunately he had to either take care of it himself or find himself another new fish.

Honestly, I could never hope for anyone to be raped - not even him. It is truly one of the worst things that can happen to anyone. I will not wish it on my worst enemy.

Watching that interview/interrogation I realize just how stupid he thought people were. He seriously wanted other cops to believe that he wouldn't notice that officer that stopped him had his gun pointed at him.

Todd/Kristi, I read ALL of the articles in chronilogical order and watched the vids/slides. Wow, man..I'm sorry.

I'm proud of both of you. You helped rid of a sick piece of shit. I think human pollution like Pelo shouldn't exist. They say it cost 30K a year for each inmate. More than half the country raise families with less than that.

I also have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Major Depression. Kristi appears to be a stronger person than I. That's one thing I noticed immediately when I saw her speak..I'm impressed. You guys both look great..

Kristi was a large part of why I could share my personal info here. She helped me see that there's no shame in honesty and what we share with other people. When we have such deep emotional stories to tell there is no shame is sharing and no shame in helping others...

Believe me - if they want him bad enough, they'll get him no matter where they put him. And it won't be to rape him, it will be to kill him. In prison society, these guys move up the ranks by pulling off high profile hits. Someone will figure out a way to get to him - which is a good thing - it will save the taxpayers of Ill. the cost of keeping him breathing.

It's ridiculous how much money the government spends on inmates. My old (and next year's) history teacher figured that if they had a life sentence they should have a choice to be executed. He showed us the math and it was something like 2 million dollars to keep someone with a life sentence in jail for 50 years and more if it was a higher security prison. He also argued that prisoners should have to work, making there at least be some reason for paying all that money to keep them. It also would stop them from forming gangs and all that because they would be busy all the time.
