No....you miss the whole program. Tank Johnson and Pacman Jones are there to save their careers. Dallas has a unique support system for these type guys and that's why many a career has been saved there. (ref. Charles Haley or even Terrell Owens) That's the benefit of a family style organization.

You guys dont need him to be another Brady. Just as long as hes efficient at what he does and doesnt make too many mistakes, he'll be fine. You may not go undefeated but you'll be ok.
