Refusing to buy a nice house...

Spi, the house is 4 bed/2.5 bath, 2200 sq.ft built on 6800 sq.ft land. Its 12 years old.

Holy crap! It sure is expensive to live in CA.

For comparison, my house is 1800 sq ft, 3br/2ba, on 1/2 acre and it cost $190k last year. Zillow puts it at about $195k right now. It's the best school district in the county too, and less than a mile from the elementary school.

Spiv, I grew up in Shippensburg. my parents still live there. I could live like a king if I was willing to live in PA, but the quality of life here is SO much more, at least for my personality. I never fit in in PA.

Heh, well it's nothing compared to LA, but Lancaster is a lot bigger than Shippensburg.
