I have mailed them about several used guitars and they never got back to me. I assume they don’t ship outside the states?

They're pretty variable on this. Some get back to me, some don't. You're better off calling.

Well, I've gotten call backs- Each email I believe goes to the individual store. Just depends on who is on the other end.
My understanding is they're commissioned based sales guys, so I'm not sure how that would work for them- Why give the guy a commission if he's just fulfilling a phonecall & boxing the equipment up? Guitar was sold when the web page was loaded.
