They're going to appeal because of the all white jury. They already started they're bullsit because some jury members disclose their bias because they he was guilty of the '95 murders. So lets get this straight, they want new jurors who think OJ wasn't guilty for the murders..hmmm that still sound like "bias" to me..but its the bias they want!

Personally, I've lost ALL reespect for our justice system. I've had countless threats of warrants for years because I refused to go to court. It became like a joke with many prosecutors. The few times I had to go..I projected my blatant disdain for the courtroom. Basically, I had my fun with them..fuggums!

The defense attorneys knew of those jurors' beliefs when they questioned them before allowing them on the jury. They could have eliminated them with preemptory challenges before going to trial. Those attorneys must have known they had no chance for an acquittal at trial so they let them stay on the jury so they could play the bias card afterward. If the judge doesn't let this fly, then OJ will fire these attorneys and appeal on the basis that these attorneys were incompetent for letting the "biased" jurors stay. Those are the best shots they've got.
