Satch forming new band

Yup I heard it on the radio the other while satch was doin an interview before his gig over the weekend. Joe has gotten together with Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, and Chad Smith of the RHCP. WTF? This is gonna be insane. Joe has stated most of the album has been recorded already and should be relaesed early next spring.
Should be interesting.
