      Biggest problems to me are:

      1. What I've heard so far couldn't put a pimple on Appetite's ass
      2. It is NOT Guns & Roses - it's the Axl Rose Sideshow
You sir, can go you fuck yourself and don't let the door hit you in the vagina on the way out.
You're such a pretencious, phony, boring, transparent, self righteous worthless fuck..You are amusing as a genital wart!

+1. Whether you're a fan or not - and whether you've wanted to see this released or not - it's quite a stretch to say this is a GNR album. Axl's rotating population of bandmates over the past umpteen years does not = GNR as a band.

Everything else is a rant on Axl's douchery. Your opinion as to whether that is warranted or not may vary.

Metallica's black album came out in the summer of '91. It was in '92 when they toured with GnR. I saw them that summer. I was 20 at the time, my 13-year-old cousin had tickets but no one to take him, so I took him to the Meadowlands/Giants Stadium. Faith No More opened, then Metallica went on and kicked ass. We had to wait awhile for Axl to get his shit together before he decided to come on. After a few songs, Axl threw a tantrum because his vocal monitor wasn't working right, he threw his mic on the stage and stormed off. Then he threw another tantrum because of something else. Then someone threw a cigarette lighter on stage, hitting him in the nuts. :ROTF: He proceeded to yell that if anyone else threw something, the rest of the fans should kick his ass. Something else happened, then he stormed off the stage in the middle of Knockin' On Heaven's Door. Slash and Duff sang the rest of the song, told us that Axl wasn't coming back. It was barely even dark out yet, and we had to leave. My cousin was the biggest Axl worshipper back then, he didn't want to leave, had tears in his eyes. I'm surprised there wasn't a riot that night.

There's no excuse for Axl's jackassery. He deserves a major ass-whoopin'.

I gotta be truthful though, the only time I saw Guns was on the GnR/Metallica tour and Guns absolutely smoked Metallica that night. I had heard that they either suck bad or are stellar and they brought their A-game that night.

For whatever reason, Jersey/New York fans don't seem to riot at rock shows/sports victories. I watch that shit go on in Canada & in the rest of the States and go, WTF.

It makes it seem that us NJ/NY people are actually pretty normal.

I saw them open up for Iron Maiden!!! All you heard people saying outside the venue was..."Who in the hell are Guns n Roses anyhow"? Then when they came out everyone was shouting for Maiden...No one gave a shit till they got through the first song...

I swear, by the time they did their last encore no one remembered who Iron Maiden was! Never seen such a turn around...After Axel introduces Slash...that was all you heard..."SLASH, SLASH, SLASH"!

It was still Maiden for me but I could tell things shifted and that was Maidens last BIG show for many years! Everyone says grunge killed Metal but...it started right there on that tour. Seventh Son toue...Summer of 88'

BTW...put me down on the "I don't give a fuck about this album" list!

funny, 10 years before that exactly the same thing happened turning a Black Sabbath tour when Van Halen was opening for them... it marked the end of an era and the start of a new one

I don't usually jump onto a dog pile but........... Axl better than Halford? Crack kills ya know?

I hope those that like it enjoy listening to that shit as much as I like life without choosing to hear it. I'll be cranking up the volume on something just a LITTLE different... say Halford Live, for instance...... "REEEEESURRRRRRREEEEECTIOOOOON!" Axl who? Axl couldn't make a ripe pimple on Halford's chapped and tapped ass.

Meh........ ya like whatcha like I guess. It's no crime. But it quite possibly should be. :ROTF:

You might not want to toss the gay shots out there, considering everybody knows that Bill Bailey aka Axl Rose was fudgepacked by his stepdaddy as a kid. That's where the "Ai-yi" supposedly came from, ya know! :ROTF:

Axl got it all wrong, as a lot of Rock Stars do. Famous and talented are NOT the same thing...
